K.A.G. Recruitment Consultancy was founded in 2017 by our CEO, Kate Gerald. Kate has an unrivalled background in recruitment from a very young age.  She started K.A.G. Recruitment Consultancy with zero cash in the bank but a huge amount of determination to challenge the lazy practices that had crept into the recruitment industry.

As the company has grown over the years, Kate’s hard-working and passionate ethos has remained as strong as ever. We are changing the way the world sees the recruitment industry.
